What services do you provide?

I offer manual snow removal for parked vehicles, including clearing snow from the roof, hood, trunk, windows, mirrors, and around the vehicle.

Do you move vehicles?

No. Vehicles will not be moved under any circumstances.
Please ensure your vehicle is parked where you want it before service.

Do you warm up, unlock, or lock vehicles?

No. I am not responsible for:

  • Warming up the vehicle

  • Unlocking or locking the vehicle

  • Starting the vehicle

  • Moving the vehicle in any way

Do you accept vehicle keys or key fobs?

No. Keys, key fobs, or access devices will not be accepted.

Are you responsible for scratches, dents, or damage?

No. By booking this service, you agree that I am not responsible for any scratches, dents, dings, paint chips, or cosmetic damage that may occur. Snow and ice removal can involve hidden ice, debris, or pre-existing damage.

Do you remove ice grooves or packed ice?

No. I do not guarantee removal of ice grooves, packed ice, or frozen buildup that cannot be safely cleared without risk of damage.

Are you responsible for pre-existing damage?

No. I am not responsible for any existing damage to the vehicle prior to service.

How does payment work?

Payment must be made in full before snow removal begins.
No exceptions.

How are orders handled?

Orders are completed in the order they are received. During heavy snowfall, wait times may increase.

What do I need to do before service?

  • Vehicle must be accessible

  • Payment completed

  • No expectation of vehicle movement or warming
